Instructions and Guidelines
  1. Submission of application form duly signed.
  2. Verification, review of the instant case and calculation of applicable dues.
  3. Clearance of all previous outstanding dues.
  4. After verification, review and clearance of all dues, the case is recommended by Zone Manager To HZO for Approval.
  5. The case is approved by HZO after thorough review.
Required Documents
  1. Duly Signed and Stamped application for change in the name on industry letter head.
  2. CNIC copy(s) of allottee/ allottees/ director(s) .
  3. Non Encumbrance Certificate from relevant Registrar.
  4. Power of Attorney/ Authority letter (If Applicable).
  5. Copy of Partnership Deed duly vetted by all the partners. (Incase of registered partnership CTC of Form H, If applicable).
  6. CTC-Recent Form 29 along. Incase where previously or currently management is changed (all relevant Form(s) 29 shall be acquired with changes. If applicable)
  7. Board resolution for change of name mentioning consent of all the directors the company. (If applicable)
  8. Certificate from SECP for change of Name . (If applicable)
  9. Verification, review of the instant case and calculation of applicable dues.
  10. Clearance of all previous outstanding dues.
  11. Any other relevant document (Case to Case).
