Instructions and Guidelines
- Submission of application form duly signed.
- Verification, review of the instant case and calculation of applicable dues.
- Clearance of all previous outstanding dues.
- After verification, review and clearance of all dues, the case is recommended by Zone Manager To HZO for Approval.
- The case is approved by HZO after thorough review.
Required Documents
- Duly Signed and Stamped application for change in the name on industry letter head.
- CNIC copy(s) of allottee/ allottees/ director(s) .
- Non Encumbrance Certificate from relevant Registrar.
- Power of Attorney/ Authority letter (If Applicable).
- Copy of Partnership Deed duly vetted by all the partners. (Incase of registered partnership CTC of Form H, If applicable).
- CTC-Recent Form 29 along. Incase where previously or currently management is changed (all relevant Form(s) 29 shall be acquired with changes. If applicable)
- Board resolution for change of name mentioning consent of all the directors the company. (If applicable)
- Certificate from SECP for change of Name . (If applicable)
- Verification, review of the instant case and calculation of applicable dues.
- Clearance of all previous outstanding dues.
- Any other relevant document (Case to Case).
