  1. Duly Signed and Stamped application for Transfer on industry(s) letter head(s) from both transferor and transferee”.                                                                

  2. CNIC copy(s) of allottee/ allottees/ director(s) .                                                   

  3. Non Encumbrance Certificate from relevant Registrar.                                                     

  4. Power of Attorney/ Authority letter (If Applicable).                                                           

  5. Copy of Partnership Deed duly vetted by all the partners. (Incase of registered partnership CTC of Form H, If applicable).                                                                

  6. CTC-Recent Form 29 along. Incase where previously or currently management is changed (all relevant Form(s) 29 shall be acquired with changes. If applicable)                                                 

  7. Board resolution for Transfer of Plot mentioning consent of all the directors the company. (If applicable)                                                 

  8. Revised Feasibility study.                                                              

  9. Building Plan (s).                                                              

  10. Undertaking from industrialist that the unit will be operationalized within prescribed period of time.
